Mississippi's Run for the Fallen Run Day Information

Registration will begin at 7:30. We are asking everyone planning to attend to register online. We will start the opening ceremony at 8:00.  Please make plans to be there and park in time to be a part of the opening ceremony.  The traffic and parking will be directed and may be a little congested, so please plan accordingly.  We will have the closing comments following the kids' run.  It may be difficult to leave before the closing comments as the lanes will be blocked until the children are done running.  We expect the closing comments to be around 9:30. Door prizes will be handed out at the closing ceremony.

We suggest that you bring a chair if you would like to sit during any part of the day.  We will have water and other drinks on hand, but feel free to bring your own.

T-shirts benefiting the Wounded Warrior will be on sale for $20.  You can bring cash or checks made out to the Wounded Warrior Project.  We will have limited numbers of shirts, but they can also be ordered at the event.

The run will be on the Brandon High School property.  We will have a loop set up that will be one mile that the adults can choose how far they run or walk by how many laps they choose to do.  Because of time constraints the maximum will be 3 laps.  The kids' run will be one lap.  Remember that there will be no timing or awards, so bring a stopwatch if you would like to track your times.
